CF Metalli is a company whose core business is metal recycling. The company has decided to diversify its operations by investing in the luxury tourism and hospitality sector, giving rise to the Casa Novecento project. With the same care, professionalism, and commitment to sustainability that have always guided our work in the industrial sector, we have restored and enhanced this property in the historic medieval heart of Monterotondo. Our goal is to offer travelers an authentic, comfortable, and detail-oriented stay experience.The apartment, approximately 90 square meters, has been recently fully renovated, is equipped with all modern comforts, and can accommodate up to five guests.
The common areas, such as the living room, are welcoming, well-appointed, and fully available to guests for relaxing and socializing. The property features two tastefully furnished bedrooms with attention to detail. You will also find a convenient utility area with a washing machine and a storage room for luggage, ideal for longer stays. The apartment is the perfect solution for families, business travelers, and groups of pilgrims traveling along the Via Francigena.

KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and a coffee machine that works with both pods and ground coffee. It is very easy to use, but if you have any doubts, the instructions are in a drawer. Always fill it with water and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
In the kitchen, you will also find a microwave oven and a kettle, along with a selection of pots and pans, plates, bowls, and glasses. There is also a traditional oven, both gas and electric, clearly visible below the hob; to its right, there is the dishwasher.
Please note: you will notice a small device up above — this is a CO2 and gas sensor. Do not touch it, as it is a safety accessory, just like the fire extinguisher.
From the kitchen window, you can access a small terrace where you will find the recycling bins.

WIFI Code – In the main living room, you will find a sofa and a smart TV. On the low cabinet under the TV, there is the router where, by scanning the QR code, you can access the WIFI password and connect all your mobile devices.
In the utility room you will find the table extensions. The bedside lamps in the room are touch-sensitive and have multiple brightness levels. They are all equipped with USB ports, useful for charging your phones.
A fire extinguisher is present; it is fully charged and subject to periodic inspections as required by law. Please do not touch it unless in cases where its use is intended, i.e. in an emergency.
In the double bedroom there is another Smart TV. In one of the bedside tables there is a universal power adapter, essential for foreign guests whose countries use different electrical standards.
