Welcome to Casa Novecento

We are happy to have you here. This apartment is our home, and we want it to feel like yours during your stay. The rules you find below are not formal contract obligations. They are simple rules of common sense. We kindly ask you to respect them to help us care for the house, and out of respect for the neighbors and the guests who will come after you. Thank you so much for your cooperation!

Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL)

In your own interest, please pay close attention to the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone) where the house is located. Cars can drive inside the ZTL only from Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 21:00. Automatic cameras record license plates. Anyone who does not respect these hours will receive a certain and very expensive fine.

Quiet Hours and Respect for Neighbors

Please avoid loud noises and confusion from 22:00 to 08:00. Respect the peace of the people living in the building.

Smoking and Decorum

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. You can smoke outside on the apartment balcony. Always use the ashtrays provided in the house. Do not throw cigarette butts or ash out of the windows or balcony.

Bathroom Use

Do not flush paper towels, diapers, or other objects down the toilet. This avoids the risk of blocking the drains. Use the general waste bin located on the small balcony.

Waste Recycling 

You will find four different bins for waste on the terrace: Organic (Food Waste): food scraps, peels, coffee grounds, and used paper napkins. Glass: empty glass bottles and jars. Paper: cardboard boxes, papers, and paper bags. Non-recyclable (General Waste): anything that does not go into the other bins. You do not need to worry about taking the bins outside: a staff member will collect the bags at the end of your stay.

Energy Saving

We ask you to turn off the air conditioning every time you leave the house. Help us save energy.

Missing Items 

The property is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of personal items left unattended inside the house.

Check-out Day

When departing, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment tidy. Please wash used dishes and leave the kitchen clean.
